Cachet assists her clients in finding and keeping the right people and supplying them with efficient processes to increase productivity and ignite passion in the workplace.

“People are the most important resource in any business,” Cachet says, “and thus, a business is only as successful as the people behind it.” With this in mind, she concentrates on her clients’ personnel matters with the goal of personalizing the experience for each employee so they can focus on the bigger picture: running their business.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (the application of Psychology to the Workplace), Cachet gained experience in various areas of Human Resources including Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training and Development. She’s also armed with 5 years of supervisory skills and 12+ years of administrative experience.

When she’s not busy putting the human touch back into the workplace, Cachet spends her time with her husband and two daughters and enjoys traveling.
